Throw outside your enemy and weapon throwing Biggest Svr 2011 modders please read

Hey guys i have two idea how to make better svr2011, someone can make it?
First:
Why can't throw outside wrestlers from the ring?
Maybe the rope blocking height but sometimes can throw out my enemies with a ladder or can jump into the ring with a ladder.
I think need remake some moveset with no blocking codes.

Second:
Why no weapon throwing mod in svr2011 than in smackdown here comes the pain?
But all animations inside what need
first: stand with weapon -> hit with weapon -> weapon falling
"weapon falling" must push away from the attacker man (location and angle )about 2-3 meters and add damage for the player hit

Firstly, its ps2, not xbox360, so it doesn't have the predator engine thing..... That's why it blocks, can't and will never be possible to throw him out of the ring using Sheamus or anybody elses finisher.

Secondly, it is IMPOSSIBLE, reason? We as players, will never be able to edit the engines of THQ, we just won't, they are the only ones that can do this for us, so this you said here "Please don't say this is imposibble, remember a

Its the same as any modding, we can mod certain stuff, but we cannot mod the others.... We are limited to certain areas of modding. lol

Yeah guy,I think it was a joke,also,THQ isn't going to work on a game they released 2 years ago,except if 95% of their fans ask for this,but in this forum we aren't 1%,even because some guys doesn't like the new THQ(like me,I don't them since the shit they did to HCTP engine called SVR 2010).Seriously I don't like this game.
