Maybe we can replace characters with other HCTP characters that have smaller pac files?
For example, lets say that Chavo's pac file is smaller than Rodney Mac's.
Maybe we can make a Sin Cara mod on Chavo's base, then replace Rodney Mac (and fill the remaining space with zeros) ?
