how i can improve i can only use hue and saturation over textures and i don't know any other other process

Use Magic Wand/Polygonal lasso tool to change the color of something(with Hue/Saturation,Color Balance,etc).

Modding isn't a thing you try and then poof! You know how to mod! Nope,you need time,training,I commend you to watch basic Photoshop tutorials on YT like "How to change hair color","How to make Hair/Beard","How to create/draw logos(Adobe Ilustrator is better than Photoshop in logos)".
