Did you try Kelly Kelly? I think his Laylas were over Kelly Kelly.

Then there is only one solution: As written in the first post Skatsim also imported WWe12 models into WWE13. So it could be right that he imported WWE12 Layla into WWE13 and just gave us the textures.
