Thanks Baal,I've thought the members with - 100 posts couldn't see the section because I keep receiving PM's of their topics "disappearing",but I just created a account,and it has 0 posts,and I could see the section,jeez,people need to learn that WWE 13 section isn't just made of the "Texture Edits/Hacks" category.

Honestly i didn't know there was a Developmental section, i noticed it when i checked the path to the topic CBV linked before.
I think if it was upper in the WWE'13 section people would notice it more because now it's below the tutorials and help subsections and i don't think people check often down there when they don't need help or tutorials :unsure:
