Just import the Stone Cold pac file from 2006-07.

and recall to import not only 09.bpe (textures) but also 02.bpe because without it the model coud freeze the game

No need to import nothing because he is already in the game . Just look on the internet for the codes or edit your savedata with hex and enable it
