i just need help in last part is how do i update arc file i dont even use it with dat editor.thats the part i didnt understand

Have you imported the edited dat.pac into the chEtc? I suggest just using gnies Xpert tools to dpac the chEtc then replace your dat.pac over the original one. Then replace files and lba with the Xpert tools and update the Arc file according to the Hex digits in the chEtc.
