Uncompress the BPE files with QuickBMS .

You have to uncompress firstly and then you will be able to convert and see texture.

to see textures you must open the texture archive ,as C8 FOR ARENAS , and convert it in png ..in tutorials we've been talkin'about it a lot

Open as a texture archive in Xpacker and extract the textures .
