CAN ANY ONE UPLOAD THE PNACH FILE TO ME
I MEAN THE ONE WHO UNLOCK EVERYTHING IN SVR10 PS2 PAL
CAUSE I CAN'T CREATE A PNACH FILE

First of all, don't type in all caps. Secondly, what file are talking about?
Do you have a cheat device? Because we have codes.

i want 1913A2BA.pnach file which unlocks everything from the begining of the game
i don't want the codes i want the pnach file itself
just to put it in the cheats file of pcsx2 and play

but not applied

pnach files have a certain format to enter codes, you can use the PAL "raw" code directly in the pnach file in the pnach format for the specific game in the cheats folder of PCSX2. (the filename of the pnach in the cheats folder is the PCSX2 code for the game and can be found when you start a game up in PCSX2 in the console)
I have done extensive testing of the raw codes (rules modifiers mainly) for SvR 2010 PAL.
