PROBLEM WITH NIKE THE BIKES EDITOR FOR SVR 10 PS2

so i worked according to the instructions and put the files ch.pac ch2.pac ch3.pac menu.pac misc.pac bg.pac and plistps2.arc to the location svredit_fies>svr 2010>ps2 and i uncompressed the bpe files and renamed it and used the new chetc pac using xpert tools but when i started the editor only the arc space can be seen and the wrestlers are not displayed

and this is shown in the editor v23
