rope arena color problem

hi i try to import smackdown with white rope from raw 2014 credit to "HASA"
but when i do this its look like that...

any idea because i try fix alpha with a fail...

I made a lot of arenas but I have never had this problem. Try another white rope. You can take ropes from WWE 2K14 textures by Coroner, resize in 64x64, use photoshop to index and use optix to save as tm2

maybe you forgot to put the alpha channel in the texture

thats not alpha channel follow 80las or cue's tuts or just import my ropes they had fixed alpha

its work now i did alpha channel but now the other arenas not work to me damn!!
