I want some one to give him bg file to mod it..

Arenas or Areas?
They both have different meanings.

maybe he's talking about the "areas" aroun' the arena textures or simply he has a little confusion about it.

he need bg.pac ,his game is broking now,but bro you need also another arc....
so in my openion:you have to extract another unedited game files and start again
and if you used nike's tool ,now try hardx one or,if you used hardx try nike's tool
and evrything will be fain.except if you import arenas using wrong way

the biggest error is not copy the original file you're workin' on..if you do somethin'wrong you can have always the original !

if game freezes you maybe put on bg.pac a modded arena with bigger size than original without touching arc file. use HARDX36's Importer
