Help: Menu.pac hacking

Hello there c:
I dont want to be a pain in the ass but... I think its better to ask.
I tried to replace my Title Screen of SvR 2010 for PS2, but failed in the matter. I used the hasa method, but... I think it dont work at all. Or I least I dont know how to make it.

Well, Im asking for some advice for that. How I can hack the MENU.PAC files? Its the only thing that is killing my patience. Please, ill appreciate it.

I don't remember SVR 2010 files. Is there MENUSD.pac?

No, is not. Not in the disc or in the Menu.pac files

Ok, maybe I wasnt that clear. I did what this tutorial says, and then rebuild it... And it didnt work. I followed all, I did the image at the same size, then pasted it in the original file with OptPix, then the palettes formatted the image and it doesnt look like i made a mistake. Then I followed the steps of replacing and rebuilded the MENU.PAC with the same DPAC Plugin, replaced the MENU.PAC file from the disc and rebuilded the disc. And It didnt work. I did something bad?
