I was thinking Matt Hardy when I saw the face and hair but the legs does not fit.

I've checked and the only one that have similar hairstyle is Matt Hardy but as you said, legs don't fit.

Oh wait! Matt Hardy SvR2010 model has tights, maybe that could work. Thanks buddy.

I dont think there is an exact fitting 3D model with long hair,
but ryder and hawkins from svr09 have long hair, necklace, elbowpads. But I dont know how their faces could work, maybe Booker T could work better for face.

Umaga would be a good option if he wore shoes

EDIT: Good idea, Matt from svr10 may be the best option.
