Not yet. Noone has tried hacking that what I know.
We mod characters instead since PS2 caws suck.

qcawlity made it for PSP, he made Vader and Lesnar textured caws.
He told me what files he changed, i checked in PS2 but it wasnt the same.
I guess it is similar with the fact that you can create new character selection screen pics in PSP, but not in PS2
