Converting Patch Ps2

I'm converting the ARC from PAL to NTSC Version i do everything like the tut and Rag tell me, but when i update the ARC File the game starts (WWE Logo appears) but later nothing happen it freeze and the PCSX2 Emulator don't show any error just stay from this way. Anyone know why?

The deal is that i do everything like you tell me, but as i said in the first post the game freezes at start
