because when i import textures i find 2 files the original file and a copy with .BAK
when i try the original i find it edited and the edited file too
when i upload any one and delete them then download it i find it didn't change

I did not understand what you just said.
Look in the tutorial section for fixing alpha values (a guide by 80las). If the edited file is not the same size as the original, you cannot import it. This guide will tell you how to fix the file size.

It's much strange, You can't get X-packer and Noesis working good? Read the tuts specially the one Rag suggesteed and the one from HARDX36 at Tutorial Section.
