Title screen importing svr 2010

I have followed arjun's video tutorial on editing title screen and the game worked but the title screen (originally had tripple h) was completely black with only the "press start" present ,

make sure you didnot mess up the alpha also use hardx's calculator to calculate xx yy much easieror use my adder tool

The alpha is 128 for all palletes isn't that fixed ? what are the save as .tm2 options to select if i'm using photoshop ?

i checked the pac and the alpha is right and like arjun said maybe there is something wrong with the yy you can use my calculator or his tool
