Simple way: Try Expert Tools or X-Packer.
Hard way: exctract by hex calculation of XX and YY.

but when i open TITI.PAC in xpacker i have only 2 files with title screen and this button "Press START"So where are MENU SCREENS with triple h,undertaker etc

In SvR 2011 they are called EB00, EB01, EB02... EB11. Extract them by hex calculation.
