Almost every PS2 modder/hacker can do this.
But nobody will do this for you. OSR has tutorial section, where every detail is described very good, you can learn how to edit the game and do your own mods. But again: nobody will do the whole game mod for you.

that's right..looking in tutorials section ,step by step, you will can do it alone. if somebody does it for you ,then others will ask similar things..and
i don't think members of OSR could have time for working for anothers
