According to me
This tutorial made by 5 star is only for there moveset screen animation
and they can be made to work if m.pac or some file that contains the move animations may be modified just like enabling those 5 moves that don,t work

Editing the misc won't bring wwe 12 moves to wwe13. The animation needs to be moved too . I might write a tutorial in 1 week.

moves are unlocked
but those 5 moves will not be unlocked i tried to unlock them with every move but nothing happens

If the moves are not working then they don't have any animation . This means you can't fix them.
BUT the wii animations have the same format as the ps3 ones so we can try them . There are some differences but they might work . What I know about the moves :
-moves are stored on mot.pacs and m.pacs aswell
-inside of those pacs there are files , each file has more files inside
-the files from inside of the pach's are moves.
-each file has the id of the move from misc
-the extension of the moves are YANM and segs ( YANM is an animation file but about segs , I don't know since it's an encrypted file)
