Well the problem that I am experiencing is that I am having trouble rebuilding the file with svr editor, it says the file need padding?

Um, 8bit... And what do I do with the dds files im confused 0_0

Okay first I see a whole bunch of dds files. Second I save I it as 8 bit png, I am trying to convert cody rhodes. Third I try and convert it to gim, and "it isn't working. Fourth I dragged it to gim converter and rebuild it with xpacker. Fifth I try to add it using svr editor but it says does it need padding?

Ohh noo..Just find a valid importable file and watch the oFFset and then add 00 bytes at the end of your file as that of the valid importable file and then it wud nt show that it needs Padding!!!
